FAQ's

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to pack and ship all orders within 1-3 days. However, during busy periods, please allow 1-5 days for your order to be dispatched. We process orders from Monday to Friday. During Summer if your order includes a liquid product, it will be shipped between Monday and Wednesday to ensure product quality.

How do i pick up my pick up order?

Once you place your order please wait for your "Pick Up Ready Now" email and reply back to confirm a time/date. Orders will usually be ready in 10 - 24hrs.

How do i track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and details. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive another email notifying you of the dispatch, along with a tracking number. Please allow 24-72 hours to receive the shipment notification and for the shipping status to update.

I entered the wrong information for my order, what do I do?

If you’ve provided incorrect information for your order or need to add an item, please email us at Contact@winksupplies.com.au. While we’ll do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee that we can modify your information or edit your order once it has been packed or shipped.

At Wink Supplies, we offer a cruelty-free range of lash extensions made from premium Korean PBT for exceptional softness, durability, and retention. Our selection includes 3D, 5D, 10D XL Premade Trays and 0.15 Flat Classic Trays, with mixed Classic sizes available. Each tray comes in custom designed, eco friendly packaging that keeps your extensions clean and dust free.
