Refund & Return Policy

Wink Supplies only accepts refunds or returns under the following conditions:

  • Unopened Products: Cosmetics, adhesives, and adhesive removers
  • Damaged on Delivery
  • Incorrect Items received

Refunds and exchanges are strictly for faulty items. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference. Once opened, training kits are also non-returnable.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. Please provide photos of any damaged goods and email them to contact@winksupplies.com.au.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Order & Cancellations

The following terms apply to order cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled as long as the items have not yet shipped.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied for canceled packaged orders.
  • Cancellations of unpackaged orders can be made at no cost.

Damaged or Missing Goods

If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us at contact@winksupplies.com.au within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the issue and your invoice.

Damaged items must be returned to Wink Supplies within 48 hours of your notification and must be unopened and in their original packaging. We will inform you within 3 days about your replacement or refund.

For missing items, please reach out to your courier with your tracking number. Your order may arrive in separate packages, so keep track of your shipments. If you receive your order and notice missing items, contact us at contact@winksupplies.com.au immediately with your order number. We cannot process requests for missing items reported after 72 hours.

If an item is missing and is out of stock, we will issue a refund for that item. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Postage/Shipping Costs

All postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Clearance & Sale Products

There are no refunds, exchanges, or credit notes for sale and clearance items (including those purchased with discount codes).

Clearance products are final sale and non-refundable.
