✨ FREE Express Shipping on orders over $350 AUD
We always aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, however delays may occur during sales, product launches, public holidays or high volume periods.
Once your order has been shipped, Wink Supplies AU is not liable for late delivery. If any issues occur after receiving your tracking details, please contact the courier directly.
Please ensure your shipping method is correct at checkout — changes cannot be made once the order is placed.

Pick up is available please wait for a notification email/text before collecting your order.
We will request your preferred pick up time to ensure availability.
- You must provide your name, email, and ID
- Orders are typically ready within 10–24 hours (up to 48 hours during busy times)
Exact address is provided after your order is confirmed.
❄️ Temperature Sensitive Products (Adhesives, Primers, Bonders, Removers)
We do not ship temperature sensitive liquids on:
• Thursdays
• Fridays
• Weekends / Public Holidays
To ship liquids the same week, orders must be placed before 12pm Wednesday AEST.
Orders placed after 12pm Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
Wink Supplies AU is not responsible for products expiring or spoiling due to hot weather or incorrect storage once received.

📦 Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, Wink Supplies AU is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit.
If an issue occurs, please contact the courier with your tracking number, we will support you as best we can.
⛔ Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please check your details carefully at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, re delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
