  1. Returns and Refunds
    Wink Supplies accepts refunds or returns only under the following conditions:
  • Unopened products such as cosmetics, adhesives, and adhesive removers
  • Items damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrect items received

Refunds and exchanges are limited to faulty items. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference, and opened training kits are non-returnable.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. For damaged items, please send photos to contact@winksupplies.com.au.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding its status and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
